Confitería La Ideal
Elegance has a memory.
Founded in 1912, La Ideal preserves the elegance of the city’s Belle Époque. Its first floor became a milonga salon in the 1970s. After restoration, it reopened as a café in 2022. The 2006 photograph records its dancing past, not its current programme.
